Decals where unaltered, just a little .ini editing to position them correctly.

Update the DESERT_NATIONS.INI to include Dhimar and Paran, then move it to the terrains folder. Also, you have to update the NATIONS.INI and move it to the flight folder. BTW, Spinners have a nice set of Dhimar decals in the SF1 downloads section that you can use, which is what I did. See below...
