Hi Chaps, over the weekend I used this little wonderful tool, to enhance OFF graphically, without overloading the proccessor. http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/sweetfx_shader_suite_download.html I use this already for ROF. and the results are jawdropping. Instructions: DL, install, set path to CFS3.exe. tweak it to your likings. Before starting OFF, start SweetFX, minimize,enjoy. I have set my Terrain, and Scenery slider at "2" anything else at 5, everything looks crisp, and the game runs smooth, even over Verdun area, and the sky is full of "birds". Regards

Same here! No stutter, just smooth. have you seeen that effect while flying trough clouds? Yepp,...raindrops...draining away from your canopy trough speed. Amazing! But how the hell, do I takeoff the Spit? it´s taxiing, its rolling, its lifting off the ground, and enters a slow roll I can´t exit.................Dig it!

This thing is ahell of a flight:good:! but be aware. for me and my track IR steam version didnt work. had to redownload it from yuplay! Now it works like charm! Immersive!

Restart physical exercise,.............stopped it a year ago, due to new job, new house, moving......., earn more money, to effort all these nice sims and expansions for OFF, and others :grin : , enjoy the life,, Cheers

Its for free, it`s save. I run it for years now. Never, ever had a virus since I use it. Best Antivirus Program

Ok, i´ll take it! You buy the tickets! we change for a month, or so? Over here, in the tiny little village I live in, in the middle of good ol´Germany, we`ve had -15 degrees celsius this night. More snow expected on friday. Feel free to carry the wood 3 floors up too the oven, and push the snow 2 times a day. oh, forgot to tell, our house is standing at a hillside. Many stairs! Keeps you fit! Meanwhile I will have a good day on the beach, see all that beautiful women, go swimming, tanning or maybe have a good beachball match, sipping beer and finally have a fine BBQ in the evening. that sounds nice! You hit the nail! Me thinking, these two games are not comparable. The only thing that both have in common is the scenario and timeline. What amazes me in ROF is MP and the possibility to navigate via landmarks an your map and compass. You dont need any labels or Tacs or navmarkers. For OFF its that outstanding community, the creativity of them e.g. Siggi and his DID standard, really present devs, and a fantastic campaign, that immerses me everytime. Thats why I bought HitR. And for support, ofcourse! Maybe OBD will earn enough money with the OFF franchise, to spend it on an own game engine to put this great game even further. Then there will be no discussions anymore . my personal rule No.1: NEVER, NEVER fly straight and level close or above the frontline!!!! this will not only help you to survive AA-gunfire, it also helps you avoid being ambushed by any enemy fighter. regards

Yepp, had the same problem a few days ago. My controls: logitech force 3d, saitek throttle quadrant and saitek pedals. For me it helped to make sure, you have assigned each axle to one function on each controller. E.g. assign pitch and yaw to the stick. Then select the quadrant in the config menue and assign dessired function to the levers. And so on. Make sure every axe is given once. In my case, CFS3 assigned the pitch function to stick and quadrant, so it causes me to steep dive often uncontrolable, right into the ground. unfortunatly not! The Ultimate has bitdefender also, and its currently running on my rig. But if Pro is significantly cheaper, I will think about it. Thx for the advice

Maybe, it is that Iam still using an old RC of win7. I will order win7 ultimate within the next 2 weeks and upgrade my OS. Then we will see. Regards

So, all problems solved. CFS3 running, OFF running, Track IR running. For me, setting everything to winxp compatibilty, did the trick. If anyone having trouble with win7 and cfs3&off&TrackIR should trz this. regards

Think I got it sorted, at least for cfs3 running. I read this: http://forum.combata...ng-under-win-7/ and changed The compatbility to win xp. Now CFS3 starts....... lets see further. Now I did this for cfs3 config. Now changes are beeing kept. Cas

Sorry for doubleposting, but somehow I´m not able to edit my post again. while setting the cfs3 config, and leaving it via the exit funktion, it always reset my settings to default, and the cfs3config window tells me not that cfs3 was configurated. it always erases my settings. thats weird.
