  1. All, I was thinking it had something to do with the land-to-sea transition tiles (specifically the *.tga's)
  2. Stary, I've seen that anomaly in several areas and it puzzles me as to what causes that effect.
  3. Jeanba - I am thinking the 1970's (semi-fictional campaign - no Chinese involvement) and 2010's Wrench - I thought you had a lake house there!? Random shot over the "new" island.
  4. All, Island builders showed up last night but there is much more to do. WIP Update Current map: 1049 Target Areas 27,000+ targets 262 Movement routes 40 Islands (a few are close to real life) 270 tiles (Base tile set is Stary's GH 3.5) Real Life steps in frequently so I beg for patience. Things I want to complete before releasing; Create a variety of single missions and some (2-3) campaigns. The project is based off SFV2 but I am testing in SF2NA as well. I truly appreciate the encouragement and comments. Kindest regards - Krfrge
  5. Charlielima, You have to look at the right places on the island. You know how LtCol Stein likes his "Easter Eggs"
  6. Jeanba and Wrench.... I'll call the Island Builders tonight Charlielima... there was an R&R flight scheduled to the island later this week. Those Navy ships dropped off some medicinal whiskey at the dispensary but doc said it was no good.
  7. Wilches, I turned off the shadows to cut down on my loading time. I will take a few shots with the shadows on.
  8. Wrench, This is the least I can do for you after the assistance you've provided me and countless others. Looking southward Looking northward I gotta find that Hot Dog stand!
  9. charlielima, 2 weeks,,,, in the mean time if you happen to run out of fuel recommend you divert to here! Wrench Island - Before Wrench Island - After
  10. Stary, Thanks for the tip. Still more islands to rework but it shouldn't take too long. Kindest regards Krfrge
  11. Stary, Thanks. I have experienced tile mismatches and have had to rework the alpha channel of the sea portion of tiles to avoid a color mismatch / specular difference. Last night while re-looking some of the islands I noticed the specular issue and have some work to redo.
  12. To Stary and all,,, Many thanks for the encouragement. I am re-looking my initial islands as they appear a little sloppy. They will need an overhaul and now I've got a good technique to ensure the island tiles fit together smoothly. Krfrge
  13. Crusader, Thanks Wrench, Fiery Cross takes 4 tiles. I may get a little free time this weekend to complete some more work on this project.
  14. All, The work on this project is slow due to Real Life. I appreciate everyone's patience. Early Fiery Cross
  15. mohand777, First add it to your terrain_types.ini. Then if you want a static version add it to a target area.
  16. Kyung Reef Overflight Hamina Hamina1 Touchdown Palm Trees replanted this afternoon
  17. I'm BACK!

Falcon, Good to see you are back and doing well. Happy 2016 to you.
  18. KJakker, Interesting article. Certainly interesting times in the region. The way the terrain is built all of Japan is currently "off the map". My concept for JSDF is they are providing "expeditionary" support. Not to say I couldn't move the map further north or maybe attempt a 4000x4000 Km area. Thank you
  19. Cocas (Daniel), Thank you and Veltro2k for the aircraft you have both provided over the years. My friend, my mother passed away in 2005 after my first deployment to Iraq, I understand (may you have peace). Salute to you and Veltro2k! Krfrge
  20. 1 Jan 2016 (Wow...where did 2015 go!) 1048 Target areas; total targets over 27k+. 259 Movement routes. 265 tiles. Using Stary's GH3.5 and some custom builds that I have worked on. "Real Life" is taking me out for most of January (sorry about that).
  21. Happy New Year 2016 to all of you!

    Happy New Year to all.
