    We lost a A-4 Skyhawk, in North Vietnam during the war.If I remember the pilot was in a dive using old rockets. One or some malfuction,the A-4 engine injects rockets parts,and fails.Pilot ejects POW.

  22. I'am OLD enough that the F-8 was STILL flying,when I was a kid.We went to a air show at MCAS El Toro.the flight line was full of F-8. The other type of jets I don't recall.But I think it was a reconnaissance Cougar
