I got a chance to service the Senator's plane this Sunday, it was quite a surprise!

How to use Lightning Targeting Pod

TW sims don't support that. It'll automatically slew to the mission target (runway, Comm center, etc), or any ground target that you are able to select. -
I think that it's a crew chief that performs load master duties, amongst others.
