Yes, you're quite right, Olham. OFF allows me to be someone else. A very different lifestyle and job in real life, but it doesn't mean that my usual calm and tranquil self is left behind when I play OFF - on the contrary, it helps me stay calm in a crisis. 6 Albatros versus my Se5a..............no worries .

A big yes from me too. I'm a member of quite a few forums on various subjects but this one is the friendliest by a long way.

Hi Mike, I did a bit of research on my grandfather who served in the Royal Engineers and on to the the RAF in 1919. Unfortunately a lot of WWI records were destroyed during the blitz of WWII so be prepared to come up against a brick wall. Having said that this site might be useful. You probably have visited it anyway. I know you have to join but you can get a 21 day membership or something. I managed to find a copy of my grandfather's original signing up papers here. At the site here the people are really helpful and very knowledgeable. It was here that I was pointed in the direction of my grandfather's name appearing in the medal honours in the London Gazette in 1919 - got a copy of that somewhere. Anyway, good luck in your search. It often becomes frustrating but it is ultimately very rewarding.

Went for the fly through Tower Bridge in London and decided to cruisa around south of the river. Looks like we didn't win after all . Found this Daimler truck and german troops wandering around not far from Battersea Power Station.

Hi hobby skinners. Question........I fly an SE5a mostly and currently use the Captain Duncan Grinnell-Milne skin. I don't know anything about skinning so I don't know if it's possible to remove the "W" from the top wing and fuselage to replace it with something else. Is this within your realms or is it too much of a job?

It would be nice to have a replay function like that in OFF. Perhaps P4 .
