Thanks for the replies so far. I had read some stories about the Cougar having buttons loose when it arrived and the likes, glad to hear that it is the odd case. I never really did check the X45, maybe I should, my wallet is big enough for the TM and CH products, and I have own specimens from both producers. Cheers Staffan

Swede, Those models are truly awesome, swedish aircraft design have alway held a place in my heart, ever since I got to sit in the cockpit of the F-35 Draken back in the mid 80s. You and Phlerp are doing a fantastic job, keep it up. Cheers Staffan

Hi Madjeff Good to hear you have it running, I have a somewhat smaller system 1600+ no OC yet, and graphics choice is the Asus GF 5600 Ultra and 512 mb ram, it runs pretty good here, only issue is a little choppyness with explosions and the likes, but I have enjoyed this game more than I would have expected. Snapple: I agree with you completely, I just hope that with some luck LOMAC will be able to revive a fairly small software niche. Another thing I'd like to see is the JP-233 or the MW-1 to the Tornado. Having played a lot of the night and having had a lot of fun in most of the flyables (I never was that impressed by the Mig-29), I am really falling for this game. One issue is bothering me though the Tico class has the mast of the two first units (both of wich had the twin arm Mk-26 launcher fore and aft) All subsequent units in the class carry a tripod mainmast to save weight, and the AEGIS in this game is totally ineffective, wich is pretty impressive considering the non-classified abilities of said system. Well I think I have ranted and wailed enough here for one day, I will enjoy LOMAC a little more! Cheers Staffan

I had a US friend UPS me a copy, and I just got it today, I have had no problems running it after I upgraded to 53.03 Det for my GF 5600 ultra Now the only thing I need is a new joystick I'm kinda caught between the TM HOTAS Cougar or th CH series (used the fighterstick gameport but after upgrading to the Asus A7N8X I need a USB stick) any advice appreciated. I'll agree with both Fates and MrMudd, trhis sim is just a ton of opportunities, also there's a lot of cool stuff just waiting to get downloaded, I just got the Top Gun campaign by USAFMTL and that is very good. You could call it that, it is the larges warship class we have (1320 tonnes) and we have 3 (nearly killed ourt economy building them from 1978 to 1882) Cheers Staffan
