I have looked around here a bit and even looked through EricJ's guide and am just having no success at adding aircraft. I have created the new folders in the user area of third Wire, added aircraft here, objects there and so on. Still nothing will come up in the selection page of the aircraft menu. Is there another resource that can help me out? I just want to fly those DAMN F-14's!!!! This is a lot more of a PITA than SF1. PS: i have WOV, WOE, WOI, all SF2 variants installed and up to date. I have tried the cat extractor before and it doesn't even recognize that there is a compressed file. i must be doing something wrong. The problem is i cant open the compressed files after I have downloaded them.

I have been playing SF/WOV and so on, for some time. Finally bought SF2 a while back and just got around to adding new aircraft from the site. I have found the great guide put out by EricJ on adding downloaded aircraft, but for the life of me I can't even find the right tool to open the extracted files once I have downloaded them. i have windows 7 64bit and the 7zip extractor doesnt seem to be working for me. Sorry for the "new guy" question but everyone has to start somewhere. thanks gents. this is what i get when i try.... attached screen shot
