  1. Su25!!!

Glad that things worked out for you. By the way, you ARE part of the LOMAC community. :-)
  2. Alright! Way to go! It's a great feeling when you finally make that first one! You are now a naval aviator! Congratulations! You have the right stuff! :-)
  3. Solution: Remove one seat and donate food. :-)
  4. I see the problem. There is a very simple and easy fix to get it to work properly. Follow the directions exactly but with just one exception. When you open LOMAC, from the main menu click on "Show" instead of "Open". Find the file from "Show" (show replay) rather than from "Open" and it will work just fine. You'll have sound, external views and all kinds of wonderful stuff. Let me know if that takes care of the problem. We have to get you carrier ready! :-)
  5. There is one posted right here at Biohaz. Look in the LOMAC downloads section. It will have you catching the 3 wire in no time.
  6. Su25!!!

Try this: http://www.blitzpigs.com/SU-25_tutorial/index.html This excellent piece of work by Sal includes written explanation with screen shots, demo tracks and practice missions. In other words, everything you wanted for Christmas! :-)
  7. There was ongoing support for Flanker when support for other sims was LONG gone. We have seen the same kind of support for IL-2 and FB. These folks don't dump and run. You can count on them being there. That's why I buy their stuff. They have never let me down. They won't let us down this time either. Right out of the box I feel that I got a lot more than $39.99 worth of sim (rather than pure arcade) and things are only going to get better. Hell, the Hog alone is worth $39.99! You have no idea how long I've been waiting for a decent version of THAT baby! :-)

  9. Not sure what you are asking. There are SU-25 training missions where all of the other training missions are located in LOMAC. There are some additional one's to be found with Blizpigs_Sal's SU-25 tutorial. Hope that helps.
  10. LOMAC has run without video, sound or FPS problems on my system. Just lucky, I guess. Athlon 2200 XP + (1.83 ghz, 266 fsb) 1024 DDR (PC2700) Radeon 9800 (Just vanilla flavored 9800) Catalyst 3.9 drivers Windows XP Home Edition Asus A7V333 mobo IBM Deskstar 80 gig HD Audigy sound card No OC, stock settings Not the latest and greatest super high end system but LOMAC seems to think it's OK. :-)
  11. From my perspective, everything Carl said was already assumed. The glass is half full. :-)
  12. I don't think SF is going to die. It has too much to offer. It is more of a sim than an arcade game. It has open architecture. The frame rates are great even at high res. It presents nothing but open ended possibilities. Hard to find all of that very often these days! As regards pricing and location in stores, that's all business. If you had just released CFS3 would you want SF sitting on the shelf next to it? In addition, haven't you noticed how much more space is being given in stores to X-box and similar players and how space is being taken away from the ever shrinking array of PC games? It's war out there. Companies want to promote their products while at the same time squashing the competition. It appears to me that there is an all out effort at consolidation and moving everyone from PC games to game box games. Only problem is there won't be any high quality air combat sims. As regards LOMAC, all I can say is that I don't see it as an either/or situation. I cannot speak for others and I have no control over the decisions of others so I don't spend much time thinking about that sort of stuff. Regardless of what happens I am happy that I purchased SF. I want to support any efforts to bring forth new combat flight sims. SF is a bold effort. Even if it did "die", if I didn't already own it I would buy it after it "died" because I would like to see more efforts in the future along the lines of SF. Yeah, for me it's a cause. I don't want to one day find that the only thing available is an arcade game for Nintendo. OK, sermon over, he he. You can go home now. :-)
