WOV VISTA HELP

after reading though some thread I found out was was wrong You will need to patch up to the lastest patch 10.20.2008 -
I have been trying to get WOV to work with vista. Here is my problem the game loads and goes into flight mode no problem but when I press esc from flight mode it just drop me out into windows. Any thoughts I am running Win Vista 64 have try compatibilty mode and still no luck Thanks
