  7. Ok, finally got the campaign to showup! YAY! Another question, my sbd squadron doesnt show up. The Marines and VF-6 do. Any ideas? Ill take another look at the ini,s tommorrow. Also, How do I get the F4F's to upgrade later to say F4U's or for the Navy, F6Fs? Anyway to get that upgrade fairly quickly?

  12. Thank you Jonathan. PS. The nations.ini...are you talking about the one in the flight folder or the one I have in the terrain folder? I have IJN and Japanese Empire in the one in the flight folder. In the Solomons-V3 terrain folder I have Solomons-V3_nations.ini. It only has Japanese Empire listed, no IJN.
  13. Also, what is diff between force and service in the [CampaignData] heading in the solomons.ini? I only have us organizations listed and no Japanese in the "services". However, the "force" listing shows only united states and then the two japanese forces. Im confused there. Thank you for help with this barrage of questions, much appreciated.
  14. Also, in my solomons.ini, I have only U.S. aircraft units listed. Should I also put in some Japanese units or are they only listed in the solomons_data.ini?
  15. Because this is an island campaign, will I have to have transports or other ships to move units around? If so, do I list them as seperate ground units also? Im also still not getting the campaign to show up ingame drop down menu. In the solomons.ini file I have this...   22. HAH! Got it to work! I did rename the ini file to StrikeFighters2 PAW.ini. I then added the line LoadingScreen=Menu\InitScreen.BMP under the startup heading BEFORE the callout for startupscreen. Thanks for your help SupGen!
  23. July 2012 patch. Actually, what I did was rename the original SF2 exe to "strike fighters 2 PAW" for my pacific air war install. I just renamed it, I didnt copy it. So your saying I need to rename the StrikeFighters2.ini to StrikeFighters2 PAW.ini? I did look in that ini file and did not see any callout for loading screen. It does have this... [startup] IntroMovieList= StartupScreen=MainScreen Maybe I need to add your line? LoadingScreen=Menu\InitScreen.BMP ?
