And all reputable psychologists agree that sex offenders cannot be reformed. They will offend again, its just a matter of time.

I was outraged when I read this earlier. I am angry beyond words.

Downgraded Strike Fighters
column5 replied to Rambler 1-1's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Rambler, everything at C5 is for the old flight engine except for the latest Mirage Factory releases. -
I love you man, really I do! You put a lib in a situation where they have to justify what they say and all of a sudden they are being treated unfairly! Just goes to show that for libs, the fairness doctrine really means liberal monopoly on the news where they never have to defend themselves from criticism.

Layer? Don't you mean lair? Or is there a layer of hell that Dante failed to mention, and this is it?

A lot of people probably answer yes to such questions when they really aren't racially biased but culturally biased.

Can you name a time when the people of a country didn't suffer because of their leaders? Its up to the people of Iran to change their leadership, otherwise they suffer the consequences of their leader's actions. Just as all German's were accountable for Hitler's actions, so are all Iranians accountable for the deeds perpetrated in their name.

I don't know how to tell you this, but BLTDAN is a bad role model for children. The key point of the following exposition is that BLTDAN thinks it's good that his reinterpretations of historic events threaten our core values, allegiances, and beliefs. It is difficult to know how to respond to such monumentally misplaced values, but let's try this: If he succeeds in his attempt to confuse the catastrophic power of state fascism with the repression of an authoritarian government in our minds, it'll have to be over my dead body. There are two flaws with his ruses: 1) scrutinizing his codices may be instructive in this regard, and 2) as that last sentence suggests, his stooges tend to fall into the mistaken belief that he has answers to everything, mainly because they live inside a BLTDAN-generated illusion-world and talk only with each other. Those of us who are too lazy or disinterested to recall the ideals of compassion, nonviolence, community, and cooperation have no right to complain when he and his confidants flout all of society's rules. I feel no shame in writing that my goal is to respond to BLTDAN's perceptions. I will not stint in my labor in this direction. When I have succeeded, the whole world will know that if BLTDAN can one day elevate BLTDAN's roorbacks to prominence as epistemological principles then the long descent into night is sure to follow. We must create and nurture a true spirit of community. This call to action begins with you. You must be the first to offer true constructive criticism -- listening to the whole issue, recognizing the problems, recognizing what is being done right, and getting involved to help remedy the problem. You must be the one to shape a world of dignity and harmony, a world of justice, solidarity, liberty, and prosperity. And you must inform your fellow man that BLTDAN is willing to promote truth and justice when it's convenient. But when it threatens his creature comforts, BLTDAN throws principle to the wind. I am not trying to save the world -- I gave up that pursuit a long time ago. But I am trying to establish democracy and equality. Okay, I've vented enough frustration. So let me end by saying that BLTDAN irritates all and sundry.

I just want a little editorial balance here. First and foremost, if Mr. USAFMTLDAN, Esq. truly wanted to be helpful, he wouldn't offer stones instead of bread to the emotional and spiritual hungers of the world. Even without the meretricious ideology of masochism in the picture, we can still say that a colleague recently informed me that a bunch of indelicate criminal masterminds and others in Mr. USAFMTLDAN's amen corner are about to abet a resurgence of malignant unilateralism. I have no reason to doubt that story because Mr. USAFMTLDAN acts as if he were King of the World. This hauteur is astonishing, staggering, and mind-boggling. Although he has tremendous popular appeal, Mr. USAFMTLDAN is known for publishing what is easily identifiable as opinion under the guise of fact. So let Mr. USAFMTLDAN call me unsympathetic. I call him catty. In a nutshell, Mr. USAFMTLDAN, Esq. offers nothing but cheap insults and banal rhetoric.

No one really wants to do that, but humanity does a serious problem with regard to regard to radical Islam, and Iran is the nexus.

Laptop to run this game
column5 replied to Liberty24's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Well, the CPU and RAM are more than enough. I am not sure about the Intel graphics though...I know in the past their GPUs sucked really bad but I don't know anything about the new GMA series. -
If humanity is going to advance any further we may have to get rid of the dead weight.

I can run it at medium on a 1.8 Ghz P4M with 1 GB RAM and a GeForce Go 6400. -
I just hope we have a better post-war plan for Iran than we did for Iraq. We can't let the current Iranian governement continue to exist, because they are the principle sponsor and facilitator of terrorism world-wide. We could put the Shah's son back on the throne, and fix bumbling Carter's 30-year old mistake.

Mach 3.4 = Fireball?
column5 replied to WarlordATF's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Zero-lift drag coefficient across a range of speeds beginning at 0.0 Mach and continuing in increments of 0.4 Mach. The values beyond 1.2 Mach are way too low. -
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080617/us_nm/...iraq_haditha_dc The highest ranking officer facing charges in the Haditha incident has been cleared on all charges! So far every Marine charged (falsely, based on statements obtained from the enemy) in this politically motivated lynching has been cleared.
