AHHHHHH when will this be released.!!!!!......mind you i still cant live longer than 11 hours in OFF currently. all the cool damage models, cant wait. How much will he retail it for do you think?

I got a crirtical error message "cannot launch OFF... try reinstallinf OFF" Ok go and reinstall new message while loading cannot move file "splash exe." My anti virus says that I have a trojan in OFF directory/ SPLASH called HEUR.VB.dm0@dqpbkli WTH.

All is "well" again on the western front...............I followed the in the instructions on that other guys post who was having the same problem with Bittorrent. And i'm back in the air. Till my wife comes around and reminds me of life. ..... Man its sucks growing up and resposibilities 'n crap. HAPPY HUNTING

I run XP, dual core, and i also got a fatal error, same symptoms as you. check your antivirus. with mine i found that the time i tried to start up OFF was exactly the same as my antivirus saying it blocked a trojan. at the moment im still yacking with Bitdefender cause OFF was working great before one of their updates...... good luck.

A new system !!!!!!!! lucky dog. I gotta a deck to build this summer for the house I cant justify a new rig. But If I get rid of my wife hmmmmm. Ya I'll keep info flowing. I wont have time till the week end. damm , curses $##Y#!! getting old and having responsibilities truly SUCK!!!!!

thank PROP...I was going crazy thinking why does this crap seem to be only happening to me. - Antivirus has auto update, as to roll back good idea, I'll see if i can. - one good thing about buying software versus craked versions, is that I can rip'em a new assh&*%$$le on customer support. Which is exactly i've done just waiting now cause its a holiday weekend. I'm going thru OFF withdrawl man............I need to feel the cyber wind thru my hair that castor oil in my nose, as a fellow knight of the air plane fills my sights.....and I let lose a burst. :helpme:I've done 3 complete uninstalls and reinstalls. I cannot even get into workshop. Its something to do with my antivirus, all of a sudden its giving me a false read. Bittdefender does not like this "splash.exe " file.

Oh ya... i did turn off real time scan when reinstalling the third time, no change. Even if I do dump my antivirus and install OFF, When I go and reinstall my antivirus it will just do the same thing. the problem seems to be after the install of OFF.

what I dont understand is that OFF was running great. then BAM. I went to go play then this. the original install was with my current antivirus software. this is what is so frustrating, if its a trojan it is only affecting OFF and nothing else. Here is the killer thing I just finished reformating my computer 2 months ago cause I had issues that was giving me intermittend problems with OFF. and other things. it had been 4 years. AHHHHHHH!

- ran full system scan.....nothing - re installed full OFF and CFs3 - again " OFF Man fatal error loading menu," - " a fatal non recoverable error has occured starting up OFF. suggest unistall....blah blah - did a full uninstall and reinstall twice more same s**t........can i get my money back!

I've installed the latest patches and I have done a complete re-install. oh ya i read the FAQ. my pilot dossier will record claims, kills and number of missions flown but not hours flown. After action briefing is the same say i did a good job etc but no hours. Also I do not have " flight data " after a mission when I want to review last mission. before you say it yes I do hit " escape" key to end mission just as they say in FAQ. (campaign mode). My air combat 3 is v3.1. The time and day progress normally ... etc. but no hours logged!!!..........WTH.

OMG if this damage model for OFF2 then I will not hesitate to buy, even tho I just started to play OFF1 (phase 3). Would it be inappropriate to say I now have woody. ( sorry wife)

When is Phase 4 estimated release? Also will they have multiplayer?

I would never want the developer of this AWESOME game to to be taken outside and sumarily shot that truly would be a travisty of the highest order. For me personally it would suck cause I just bought BH&H. I've yet to make 17 hours. I would feel overly compeled to buy P4 or OFF2....LOL

i was tyweaking my display setting and anti-alising, when i went to play i got this "make sure CFS disc is in" etc and " patch dll error patch memory::read process memory failed for patch, replace Acthinkizap_ jmppatch case" My antivirus was off What the hell is this now. I re& re installation twice followed INSTR to the letter with same error. AHGGGAGAGAGAggggHHH asus amd64 dual core, 2.6 2 gb ram nividia 8600

thanks for the help. it turned out to be my computer. I said screw it I just went for full re-format ! After4 years it was due. O.F.F. works great...LOL its really a good Sim . Now if I could only live past 11 hours.

thank you for replying. I literally followed the loading instructions all the patches CFS 3.1, super and mini to the letter. It was doing wierd things when it was working I may have some other computer issues. I'm going to reformat my PC anyway. (4 years) but if I have the same issue after then i will send all my info.
