Great skins... but problem with Era markings :) In 1951, the RCAF changed for the AB+3 marking system and there was red on wings... Skins would look like my CT-133 skins... -

Complete aircraft based on JAT81500 terrific Export Rafale Pack v1.0 : Fictional Royal Canadian Air Force Rafale Mod for SFP V2 (CF-151) This addon represent the folowing versions of the Rafale : - Canada (F3+ version) *** Same version as India *** Rafale EH Changed the roundel on the skins and the decals on this pack are made by me. Background : As the original Lockheed Martin F-35 Lighting II Canadian Procurement have been froze by the Liberal government after their 2011 election. It's been long speculated which fighter would replace the aging CF-188's of the RCAF. In 2017, the Liberal government announced the 18 Boeing Super Hornet would be bought as interim aircraft to fill the holes of the current Fleet of CF-188's so operational status can be maintained at 100%. As the tender for the replacement still went on, many manufacturers when on the line to win the replacement aircraft contract. In the year 2017, Boeing sued Bombardier (Canadian Aerospace Company) over a dispute on aircraft sales (CS-100's below cost) to Delta Airline. Many actors in Canada, USA and even Britain went to defend the Canadian Company that their was nothing wrong by doing so as Boeing did it in the pas itself (like Air Canada Boeing 787). The response by the Canadian Government was to initially re-think the 18 Super Hornet's order. On septembre 25th, the US court stated the Bombardier was at fault and a double 80% sale tax was then charged on every CS-100 sale to the US market. The Canadian response was immediate with cancellation of the Super Hornet buying. On september 26th, the Liberal's announced that a new fighter have been chosen for the RCAF. The secret have been well kept in the RCAF and government ranks. The announced was the cancellation of the F-35 Lightning II procurement and the buying of 72 Rafale C (same as EH model of the India Air Force) with armament, support and maintenance for a life span of 30 years. The Rafale C under the RCAF would be called CF-151 Rafale-C and would equipped the 6 Tactical Fighter Squadrons (401, 409, 410, 416, 425 and 433). The 12 first planes (serials 151101 to 151112) were delivered as early of 2018 to the 410 Cougars for training and transition of the CF-18 pilots. Then the other squadrons received their 12 planes each in late 2018- early 2019 time line. Here is the 12 serials per squadrons : 410 Cougars 151101 - 151112 425 Alouette 151113 - 151124 433 Porc-Épic 151125 - 151136 409 NightHawk 151137 - 151148 416 Lynx 151149 - 151160 401 Ram 151161 - 151172 1977Frenchie -

After a request i received, i went ahead with this :) As per included readme : CF-188B pack for SF2 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Based on the F/A-18B/D Series made by Dave. (The Hornet Team) that can be found here : https://combatace.com/files/file/13591-fa-18bd-series-by-the-hornet-team-beta/?_fromLogin=1 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is the CF-188B as used by the RCAF for the SF2 series of games. The skins represent the current scheme used by the RCAF on their CF-188B Hornets. The serial numbers in this skin pack are real one's. (but not squadron specific). I made 12 out of 40 serials the CF have had (or still have) over time. You will get the following skins in this package : 409 Nighthawks 410 Cougars 425 Alouette * Note : I did not touched the model, all files comes from the original pack. All i did was to rename some files and creating/modifying some of them. So all credits goes to the persons above. COMPLETE AIRCRAFT : Copy the CF-188B Objects/Aircraft folder content to your game Objects/Aircraft folder. Copy the CF-188B Objects/Decals folder content to your game Objects/Decals folder. Copy the CF-188B Objects/Pilots folder content to your game Objects/Pilotsfolder. Copy the CF-188B Objects/Weapons folder content to your game Objects/Weapons folder. New pit by Brain32 with Crusader, Brain and CB34 doing the avionics. Skins by Siddog, Sundowner and EricJ. Crash test Dummy: Caeser Seats: Julhelm and Ravenclaw Weapons by Ravenclaw, wpnssgt and others. Loadouts and variant shred out by CrazyhorseB34 who put a lot of effort into researching this part of the package. Its highly recommended you use the loads he made or you will have problems. - Thirdwire - All persons involved in the original pack. you guys are great! - Myself for the ''clean'' skin :) Happy flights! 1 mission campaign?
1977Frenchie replied to Stratos's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - Mission & Campaign Building Discussion
The same thing is happening to me on the Burning Sands Campaign with the Desert V4.0 map. If i play with the regular map (Desert), i made up to a max mission number of 25. But with the Desert V4.0 terrain, i rarely do more then 4 and often only 1 (win or loss). As i see on your screen, you are MIA, so normal that campaign is over :) Do this happens also when you survive? -
How to add a plane AFTER the campaign has started?
1977Frenchie replied to beachav8r's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
To fly for the mercenaries, correct me if i'm wrong, but the plane must have the export value set to TRUE in the .ini and in the userlist mercenary must be added? -
Alt-N and mission time
1977Frenchie posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Hi all, I know the time that counts toward the one in the pilot log book is the ''in-game'' flight time. If you skip (Alt-N), time passed in this warp will not count. Did any of you know of to solve this? I know that if you do time accel. (2x, 4x and 8x) time will count because you are ''flying''. Doing full missions in the North Atlantic map can be so boring when flying full mission and not skipping any part... I you like from time to time do the Alt-N thing without ''penalising'' my logbook -

1977Frenchie posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - File Announcements
View File S-2F RCAF Skin pack (CP-121) + layered template To be used on SF2 S-2F Tracker by the Dev A-Team You will get the following skins in this package : Reworked : CANA New : RCAF 1970 RCAF 1980 RCAF 1990 Installation: Copy the current pack objects/aircraft folder in your game S-2F aircraft folder. Copy the current pack objects/decals folder in your game S-2F decals folder. Copy the S-2F.ini and S-2F_DATA.ini to the game S-2F aircraft folder. On the original skin (reworked one), i only did minor corrections so all credits goes to the original persons. For the reworked one's, all done by me. RCAF serials and plane numbers are real one's and changes have been made to them to reflect the S-2F to CP-121 modex when change occured. Note on RCAF skins: I did not do the 2 other ''first scheme'' and the alternate 1980 one as i did not find it relevant and they were short lived too. Credits: Thanks to Thirdwire for creating the Strike Fighters series. Thanks to those involved in the original aircraft. Me for the redraw of the panel lines and paint work + new skins :). Happy flights! Mario C. Frenchie1977 Submitter 1977Frenchie Submitted 05/31/2018 Category Other -

Hi fellow members. Currently doing skins for the CP-121 trackers :) Almost done with them. In fact it's the third and last scheme like that as there is 2 earlier the difference beiing the tail flag. And will do the 80's era scheme along with the Low-Viz late scheme- 1 reply
