Nothing wrong - it doesn't add static jets - its a set of textures only

The screenshot is from SF2 North Atlantic - In that stationary jets appear on carriers automatically as part of the game - anything before Mar 2012 wont have that feature

Look in your \objects\Groundobjects\Ark Royal folder - you only need to replace 3 existing files with this (after backing up) - you will see that the files downloaded have the same names as the ones they replace.

in game Graphics settings may need to be upped also
