Looks sweet Javito! What kind of cooler are you running? I have the thermaltake Chaser MK1. It is soooo sweet!!!! I even bought two more color shift fans from thermaltake. Only place I could find them Right now I'm eyeballing Zahlman coolers, can't decide on red or blue fan...... Running a GTX550Ti and waiting for 670 or 680 prices to drop -

Shiloh, I found this about your mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130138 That will take the ram I have, 4 sticks of 2GB. Now I also ran into a issue with one stick and did the reseat thing and it worked. I did mark that stick so I just install my 3 sticks and your 1 known good stick. PM me yor mailing info and I'll send it out -

Yeah you can mix brands of ram, doubt about Mhz.. Hey, googled your mobo and saw a newegg add for it which says..... Buy MSI K9A2 CF-F ATX AMD Motherboard with fast shipping and top-rated ... Memory. Number of Memory Slots: 4×240pin. Memory Standard: DDR2 1066 ... It will work Shiloh, this ram has high cooling fins. It sits higher, but that won't matter unless you sre using an after market cpu cooler that overhangs the ram Aroth, check out if your hdd is sata 3 or sata 6. It is probably sata 3 -

Well, you can look at the fine print somewhere on it, or go to a website that sells ram and runs a scan program to identify what kind of ram you and try to sell you ram. I think Crucial does that, probably most do. There is probably a way to do so via windows, but I can't recall how. Mine are 2GB sticks Corsair Dominator, 1066MHZ , 5 5 5 15 -

Yeah, 32 is overkill, I had a rebate coupon given to me and went nuts with 4 sticks of 8Gb of Muskin. How do you like the AMD video card and drivers? I'm considering an AMD card in the future. Shiloh, what happened that it went from seeing 4gb to seeing 2gb of the 4gb? I'm wondering if it is allocating to your gpu or "sharing" it. What kind of ram are you running? I ask because I've a few old sticks of ddr2 doing nothing now, same windows 7 home premium 64 bit disk and key. Hellshade, love your tripe skin with the flames! -

Shiloh, what OS are you running? I only ask because I recently built this comuter, started as an upgrade, and found out that Windows 7 Home premium only utilizes 16 GB ram. This weekend I installed Windows 7 pro which uses all 32GB. Mine rating is 7.4, the graphics holding me back. CPU and ram score 7.8. Hard drive scores 7.9, love that ssd! I do need to update my graphics drivers.... Just takes sssoooo long on dialup, I'll have a friend grab me a few to try out Olham, what are the specs of your rig? -
Hey Scram, I'm late to the party too, but I haven't had this much fun since my/our first PC and Red Baron 3D way back in 1999.
-
Ugggg, I got the old warty nurse. Got healed up real fast though!

Any recommendations on starting one? I enjoy bombing missions. The Roland CII is fun to fly , but no bomb loadout. DFW C.V. is a strange bird, hard to see where I'm going in cockpit view. Hannover C III might fit, but the bomb loadout seems small
-
It was F7 by default for me, had to be in cockpit view for it to work. Yeah, the scenery down there is gorgeous.

The birds from Jasta 18 were so pretty, I almost forgot to squeeze the trigger. Purple-bluish tails and body with a red nose. Snow/rain in April with high winds made for some crazy dogfighting. Then Jasta 2 came in out of nowhere, we made for the wasteland and I got popped by AA and just barely made over the line. Now I'm in da hospital... Good Fun is this game/sim !!!!!
-
Yep, you're in for it now! This plane is a great all around crate. It can bomb and it can dogfight!
-
Will do...your french friends already tore me up in a scramble mission...OUCH!
-
Yeah Shiloh, that airfield way down south.
-
Must have flight sim controllers?

coffee and beer work for me Have a virtual beer on me -
Yeah, it is in the main page of workshop, choice of unique skin or fuel and bullet load. Bottom of the screnn, just left of center. Unless I'm flying a bomber, I'll choose a mission based on fuel by clicking on "optional mission" in the mission brief that has a distance I like. Part of the mission brief gives estimated total miles of mission. I add 30% more fuel to that for a return to base which allows for all the base circling/forming up and some dogfighting or getting lost. Proper fuel mixture is another issue in keeping up with the flock. If you don't want to keep adjusting it, try auto mix and see if it makes a difference. Then you can turn it off and learn how to manually adjust it (top of workshop just right of center). You'll have to assign key commands under the engine management section of game controls. There is a slider for how much it is adjusted with one click too. What works for me is leaning out till engine sounds funny or stalls and riching up a click. Don't forget to rich up when diving or the engine will stall!! It's good to have a button for full rich

I was looking at 660's too. Seems to be the sweet spot in price for performance. A brand I'm not familar with, Galaxy, has a 3GB for a decent price on newegg

Found it...F7... for bombsight view I was having fun catching a ride in the rear gunner seat. Stupid AI pilot almost crased us into a mountain! Good thing I saw other squad planes suddenly grab air and hit F6 real fast. Me switch sides? or Shiloh? Had a "Scramble" mission, Oh Joy! Damm Nieuports!!!! Good thing the AI rear gunner is better than the AI pilot. We didn't stay in the air long....
-
Thats what I did Shiloh Bagged a few albatrosses too And with that compass location, I always know which direction I'm flying
-
Hey Shiloh, I assigned a button for arming second weapon, and another to "fire" second weapon. I did start a campaign with the DFW C.V., so far just recon missions. Chose FA(A) 289b, Jan. 1917, down near the Swiss mountains so I can enjoy some eye candy. So far two missions and 2 recon runs. Hope there are a few bomb runs coming Hasse Wind, where is the bomb sight on the DFW c.v.? When in the cockpit I've a few views.... pilot view, iron sight (forward gun), pit guages, and wing compass.
