You know that's the thing that really disturbed about this thing. Why did all of the M-16's jam? I've been in desert combat and my M4 never jammed on me even when I spent all 250 combat rounds without cleaning. Makes you wonder if the US Army gives support crews lower quality weapons. I understand that front line troops come first but still. Not sure if it was bad weapons or the support crews weren't properly taught how to care for them. Either way it makes you a little angry to hear that. You have to admire a man that can take a mortor crew with a jammed weapon :D

Yeah, I was in the IDF and a lot of even the normal missions were taped. We even had a guy that was there just to tape the missions. Each mission he'd follow a different squad in the company.

Just Picked Sfp1 Up

Ah ok. Thanks for trying. The readme kept telling me to add lines to a file that didn't exist either in the add-on folder or in my program folder. I just put the other files in and it seems to work ok -

I'll check those out. Is there a site that teaches you have to add in the airplanes? The readme that came with one I downloaded wasn't very complete and I have no idea if I did it right -

I haven't gotten this game yet but I'm going to pick it up. I like to make skins and I use this page to get a lot of schemes. http://www.jpsmodell.de/dc/luft_e.htm You guys might have heard of it but it's still a great site :D -
Cool, How does that ally system work? I'm somewhat new to flight sims and trying to get a squadron together. Haven't had much luck in getting people and I'd like to play Lock On with people when it comes out.

Do you guys go there every year? I'll try to be there next time. I live in Indianapolis so it's only like an hour and a half drive. I almost live there :D

I think they are from Moldova. The US bought some from them. Here is a link to the story http://www.defenselink.mil/news/Nov1997/n1...97_9711102.html When I saw them at WPAFB they didn't list what country there were from on the discription board in front of the planes. Best bet is they came from Moldova though

Yep, it's in Dayton. They have lots of new stuff now. The B1 has been moved to another museum and it passed through my state on a truck. Kinda sad to see it all apart like that. Would rather have seen it fly :D They opened up the cold war hangar now. The even have a couple MiG-29's. One is in the hangar and the other is in front of a gate. http://www.wpafb.af.mil/museum/

Here's the B1. Note the size of people in the picture :)
