Sorry, I get confused with the RAF designation system..

I am no Navy Man (my grandfather was, but I try not to hold that against him) but it is my understanding that regards "capital" ships there is no such thing as identical...and even if you had a blue-print, by the time she hits the waves, that will be different as well in a million little nuances that if you live with her, you will notice, but a game like this just getting the numbers on the deck accurate would make me happy (in a weird kind of way)

So my other computer will not power up at all...have taken it to like 3 different people/shops and no one can figure it out. Changed out the power switch, tested the PSU, nada. A Japanese computer store even took the components out and tested them separately and things work...they took a resistance-thingy to it and found no bad wires. So what could be wrong? Tried a different motherboard, nada. I know what the effects of bad ram looks like, not it. Bad HDD, not it. Suggestions?

that is actually a really good suggestion...I read that on another forum, but it was buried in the "did you plug it in" advice and thus skimmed it...just weird enough to try...

seriously though it is easier to make the model than it is to try with someone else's work...especially given the game's penchant for hierarchies... if you already have 3dsmax, then try it

Uh...every one does know that "Area 51" was abandoned long ago as the research center since it was the worst secret ever...and if you want to know where cool stuff really is, that would have been the infamous hangar 18 on Wright-Pat... Awesome...the Habu was roped off for repairs (how does a bird in a museum hangar need, never mind), so the tour started bad in my book...but my wife was interested in seeing the old planes (I know, I know) so off we went...

Man we went to the museum just south of Davis-Mothan...it was sad...the bone yard was depressing...especially when we were just coming around the bend and I saw a line of T-34C and the d@mn bus driver was like "tour's over"...man that was the ones I wanted to see if one of my old tails was out there...but that would really have been depressing...
