  1. Ok done! I downloaded the Pack 2.0;anyway I don'r found the twin or triple Zuni launchers,as these loads interesting me very much,in order to arm Navy/Marines F-b/Js. And LAU-3 of course!
  2. This was the problem! The skin maps was named F-4B instead of _67! Now work,again thanks! Another small question:in my modded SF2E I installed various F-5s ok,but with the CF-5 the rocket launcher does not fire! ( the AI planes can use them without problems) and the NF-5s loadout screen don't show any kind of fuel thanks but in the Weapons folder are present,even in the single Squadron markings!
  3. So if I want install these beautiful rocket in my moddee SF2V I must delete any Lau-3 and -10 folder from Weapons folder right? But I've checked the folder and the Lau-10 isn't present despite I can load'em on a plane... And eventually which .zip download I need?
  4. I'm not very handy with the terms but I imagine that the maps are the imagine lije this. If yes,in Aircraft\F-4B_67\161 are present 5 image,patch.bmp,Decals.ini,TextureSet.ini and Numbers.lst. Its it ok? P,S. if not authorized to post the image please delete immediately!!!
  5. You're right,and I'd the feeling ( despite I'm a completely rookie about any kind of mods) that this will be one of the pissible reason. So I worked in the other way and reinstalled the skin and named the folder in Decal\F-4B_67 simply 161.But nothing After this i tried also to rename the statement from FilenameFormat=F-4b/161/d/bbun to FilenameFormat=F-4b_67/161/d/bbun But eve this way the result is always the same But the loadout screen show the correct name What is wring?What I do? I know that the Chargers skin is present in the SF2V Air & Ground Exp Pack Gold,is possible extract only this skin?And the installation instruction reccomended a new clean installation. I can't download and install anothe Campaign,my PC is close to explode!

  9. I don't customized any Campaign till now . About the lack of skin for the Chargers,I note that differently from the other skin,the VF-161 one don't have the D folder with the various .tga files so is this the problem?And how to fix it?
  10. You're right,but personally I don't have the necessary know-how... And about the VF-161 skin,i was over-optimistic declaring "all worked" before try a mission.In fact I've only a black skinned F-4, as happened for the Vautour...
  11. Thanks MigBuster, fortunately I've the 3W Customiser. My question was probably 'cause I'm in my first journey in the "mods world",so since I'm in the low of a learning curve,this wwill help for future use or to fix eventful problems. But again thanks! Also solved the VF-161 skin,I downloaded the Column5 skin.At first I've some trouble ,because despite my attempt to add the texture in the F-4B_67.INI,don't show in game;so after comparing the skin folder with the others I discovered that the VF-161 folder don't have the TextureSet.ini.so I duly copied that of the VF-111 skin,changed the needed line ( Directory,Squadron,ecc) and all worked! I've only a small issue as the modex is showed in two digit instead of three,as for any U.S.Navy fighter squadron. Gianni
  12. Look like the trick of removing the F-4E_KURNASS_73_AVIONICS.INI work!Thanks again guys. Another small question ( I know,I'm pedantic...),I've installed the NF-5A from ravenclaw http://combatace.com/files/file/9484-nf-5a-for-sf2-ver102/. Run perfectly but if want add fuel tanks,they aren't present in the loadout screen.
  13. For any new campaign I've downloaded I created a new .exe copy from a 5 full merged original .exe and I've followed religiously the readme instructions. For example,in a generic "new" game that I've renamed EuropeMods,I've installed all the European Add-on planes/skins and the Kurnass upgrades 1.2 ( the same present in the SF2I Extension Pack right?) and there work normally. And ,obviously,I've SF2I
  14. I can't find the AVIONICS_INI in any of my games folders in the SavedGames/bla bla... only F-4E_KURNASS_73.INI
  15. Thanks Geary ,now it work!!!!! Any idea about the F-4 radar? It is like in the image I've posted above ,look freezed,without any sign of the scanning line,I can't shift function,turn it on/off,nothing!
  16. Good days guys, still with the same problems... The Vautour pit look perfect, But the skin is still miss And the F-4 Kurnass radar is still unusable,this left me ( not the wingmen ) without Sparrow! Strangely,the basic F-4E Kurnass and the EAF one don't have problems. P.S. I noted that the F-4E (73),(75) and (78) have a lot more items in the folder and a Cockpit folder not present in the basic Kurnass. Gianni
  17. About the inoperable radar this is how look. And until you don't choose a weapons,even the gunsight isn't showed. Worried that I can't use smart weapons,I tried a Single Mission ,a strike with GBU-15 in the 1982 and the radar work normally...so what can be the problem?
  18. In single mission the -IIN and -IIB have the skin but not the -IIA. Also in the YKW campaign with the F-4,last night I finished a mission and in the debriefing screen I was informed that my Squadron was upgraded to the F-4 (73) version.Nothig of special,already see thousand time,I exit from the game and turn off the PC. Today when continuing the campaign,and also in the single mission,the F-4s radar don't work! look as turned on,but I can't switchfunction range,ecc,don't scan and even impossible to shut down....
  19. I've installed the eburger68's Extension Pack in a 5 full merged game;I can play with the Vautour without problem,the only issue is the skin that is completely black. The skin is the one edited by wilco if remember correctly.
  20. Hi all , I've joined the site yesterday and wow!,a new world born for me! I confess that I've circled the site for very long time before joining you.And this primary because I'm a very idiot,really, with the digital world! One of the reasons is that,as a model builder I'm fixed with the details,and as good 3rdW can be,now after some years of play them,isn't enough for me. After see how much talent live here,and the final results,I finally take some guts and create my account. I'm principally focused to the 'Nam era,IAF/Arab wars and the most recent conflicts as ODS/OIF/OEF. But having never installed a mod or skin,I need to made a try. So following some tutorials on Youtube,I created a new Mod folder,downloaded the MigBuster and F-16 generic-gray paks plus the AV-8BDA ( thanks all guys for your work!),followed religiously the read me instruction and ta-daaaan! all work as a charme! So,heartened by the success,I downloaded the Redux ODS three-packs and installed as instructed. I try a run but,despite the menu show new campaigns I never have,nothing DS;the last campaign available to me is Peace for Galilee as in SF2I. What happened? Maybe I need all tha planes present in the campaign like F-15C/E,EF/F-111s,F-18s,ecc... as add-on planes? If yes,whic files I need to dw and ,eventually in what order? This is very important to me,asI want upgrade/update all the other 3W titles to more recent conflicts. I've a full merged folder of the 3W games from SF2 to SF2I,exp packs and various DLCs. And about graphic details,how to improve the weapons aspect? For example,as all of you surely will know,the Aim-7 fins,since the -7F,was left in steel ;the 3W ones are all white like the -7D/Es. Sorry for the long post and my bad English,but this is one of the reason to join community like our,at least for me! Thanks all in advance, Gianni

  22. Not a simple question, but indicatively around the 1957/58 'til the 1968 the planes (Ouragan,Vautor,SMB2,)used the Blue/Brown camo. In the 1968,with the arrival of the A-4s,IAF start adopt the Sand/Brown/Green livery that survived with the A-4 and F-4 until withdrawal from service of the types. But even so,can be some little difference on the shade of some camo's colors.For example the green in the Ahit fresh from the McDonnell factory was different from the one of Israeli manufacture. If you need somethings of more specific ask without problem. In the Suez War ( indicatively the timeframe you set up),the piston engined birds used the two tones camo and the fast jet was left in natural metal. Not completely sure about the Mosquito,I need check my books. Gianni
