Anybody??? It just stopped working for me - but I have been mucking about in the Default control file. So perhaps I created some sort of conflict? I wanted to get feedback from the group before I went ahead with another install to recover the original file.

Sorted!! It was the longer Fly By View file that I added as a mod. It was the last thing I added. I removed it and problem solved.

Yes, that is what I am seeing but it's not working. I think perhaps I have the button designations wrong. Sigh. I'll work it out.

Yep - that's it - which is good - as I find the NVidia interface to be a kludge.

It comes w/ a bunch of pre-loads and then it runs through what's on your PC. Once it does that the first time just hit cancel - unless you added some new stuff.

Did some testing and these settings look great: AA = 16xQ AF = 8x Vsync = Off

Just downloaded the final version - excellent.

I would help you but, alas, my machine is pretty high end. But, if you would like a high end user, I'm your man.

Kaw, do us a favor here. Start a SPECIFIC thread and give us a list of your issues . We WILL help you - but putting this stuff in all these different threads is counter productive. And please, DON'T apologize. Just do it. Thanks.

Here is a - high level - list of my mods. ***: - add on a/c = I tend to favor the 1917/18 period so that is what have added - skins = as many as I can find - modified clouds - add on terrain - FM mods by Peter01 - date of a/c deployment mods (modifed a/c .DATA files), I made these changes. - modified Campaign files that correct - or add - a/c by squad, I made these changes - some add on missions - that came w/ the add on a/c ***almost all found in the d/l section of this site, BTW.

Pete: I am paranoid about screwing things up - so do you mind posting your new modded AircraftObject.ini ?

Running FE + EP - patched - HEAVILY modded.

"Jones Soft - Don't MOD Without It!" Really, it's a very simple file replacement program that allows you to go from fully modded back to stock in minutes. Then you patch - and just reload you skins/terrain/add-on a/c, etc. The only things you need to be careful about are modified stock a/c files as these may have changed via the patch.
