GC-83 Rio Iguazu y GC-82 Islas Malvinas (Lanchas guardacostas Clase Z-28)
 
Ambos guardacostas pertenecientes a la Prefectura Naval Argentina participaron en '82 en la Guerra de Malvinas cumpliendo tareas de acompañamiento en navegación a buques de bandera argentina, practicaje de buques a través de la zona minada en el acceso a Puerto Argentino, apoyo y logística, patrullajes de reconocimiento y rescate de pilotos eyectados.

Both guard belonging to the Coast Guard Argentina participated in '82 in the Falklands War in fulfilling tasks accompanying navigation Argentina flag vessels, pilotage of ships through the mined area in access to Stanley, support and logistics patrols reconnaissance and rescue pilots ejected.

Skin only file for the fine ship made by Capun and Mikewhl. This skin has been already improved by pcpilot: i simply redid it once again to give her a yet better, more "alive" appearance.

I tweaked a little the data.ini file to give her a battery of gecko missiles as it was in real life... she's a bad customer now!! Be careful!
 
 
Installation instructions
 
To install: go to Objects/GroundObjects/Koni folder, backup your existing
 
Koni_DATA.ini
 
koni_b.bmp
 
koni_t.bmp files,
 
then just drop the .bmp and data.ini i did to replace them; go to your mission editor and set up a mission to give her a try!

This is a little mod I did of the Digital Overlord's CVN-75. I wanted to have different numbers, so I edited them to represent CVN-68 to CVN-76. His carrier is far superior than the default, or any others I have seen. I also made them work fully with the new patch.
 
Install....
Extract the rar file to the root of whatever sim you are using.
You need the mission editor (on this site) so you can make some missions that start from the carriers.

..and to all those that make carriers for the game. I really like naval aviation, and that is definitely represented in this game.
