Lock On Flaming Cliffs US Keyboard Layout rev.1

Here is an updated version of Tomas Friberg's Lock On Flaming Cliffs

keyboard layout. I have converted it to a US keyboard and made a few

updates and corrections. It is formatted for printing on a US legal

size sheet and produces a high resolution output.
