como instalo el skin del f18 español? soy nuevo, tengo el Wings over europe hasta el NF4

y no se si este skin es para este juego o para el strike fighters, no se si son juegos distintos o es una expansion del mismo, todas las busquedas del google me llevan aqui

si me puedieras ayudar te lo agradeceria,tengo muchas ganas de pilotar un hornet español
