Windows 10 problem or I think

So I just got an hp laptop i seem to be running the game fine but for some reason my screen turns black on the loading screen or the game loads and then the screen turns black but u can hear in game and it is very frustrating for me any suggestions or tips plz

I think you have to adjust your video settings, make sure you're not using the chip and you use your video card.

OR, ensure you sir have installed/updated your graphics driver AND DirectX 10 components.

I think the latter might be the key to solving the problem, if you have a brand new, clean system.

You gotta go in the Options, and select your Card

Yeah that's the issue, you're stuck with the Intel chip, did you make sure you had a video card? If not then you're not able to play it.

I mean you look SOL on a graphics card, and the game would have found it too.

Says its windows 11 and has Intel. It does have external HDMI port, which might be a better gpu??

 

The amazon has a GPU of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060....
