Your best bet is the Steam Workshop, there isn't any downloads for Arma 3 really, other than old Arma patches.

I guess, unless the OP wants recommendations or something, which may be what he/she wanted, but there's a plethora of jet mods and the only one I'm waiting for is Peral to redo the Super Hornet so I can include it on missions.
