Are the default keys the same for SF2 as they are for SF1?

I have been on a bit of a retro kick recently buying lots of those old PC games with full manuals and I was wondering if I can use the SF1 manual with SF2 to re-familiarise myself with the keys.

I dont believe SF2 had a physical release...or did it?

That's correct, SF2 did not get a physical release.
