Anyone have a recommendation for software that can calculate the aerodynamics of a 3D model?

It kind of depends what you're looking to do, and paid software solutions for computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis can get very expensive (e.g. Solidworks, Ansys)

Having said that, something like OpenFOAM might help as it's a free solution and seems well regarded online.
