From what I have read above and elsewhere this sound like another attempted Germanwings 9525 type incident except it looks to be a stabbing instead of a lockout. Passengers and crew took control of the situation and the plane made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia.

Terrible incident - thankfully they're down on the ground and everyone's safe. Will need to look at what the causes were - political or mental.
