Im planning on making a music video with Wings Over Vietnam and was wondering if theres a video capture in the game?

There isn't any video capture in the game only a screen capture. However, you can use a 3rd-party system to do video capture and produce a music video.

A program such as FRAPS works very well. When you have the video captured you'll have to compress it to attain a practically sized file.

All depends on what windows OS you're using.
