viper Posted March 17, 2003 Posted March 17, 2003 hi the f-86 is great had trouble at first with drop tanks after rereading the instructions and downloading the fix i have tanks for any one interested i added the tanks to the weapons ini data and copy the files from the objects folder in the f86 folder to the strike fighters obects folder went to fly it and i got tanks so this is what i did to get them to work i didnt use weapons editor i just copy them hope this helps someone or i may to late thanks viper Quote

The loadout for the F-86 SAYS there are TWO drop tanks, but when the screen shows the aircraft on the runway, there are NO drop tanks. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chief W. Quote

stevechester Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 the only tanks i could get to work with the 86 are the tanks that came with the first version of the addon MiG-17PFU, just change loadout file (TANK400_MIG17). sorry don't remember where i downloaded the mig. hopes this helps. if i can be of any futher service just ask.
