Indestructible undercarriage

What's with the undercarriage? You can give it some serious bouncing on the deck, but no damage occurs! Suggestion for a fix on the next patch, maybe?

Im all for that! Would teach you to bring that bird in easy! Maybe weight (fuel, remaining ordinance) could also play a factor in gear durability?

 

I also wish the engine smoke didnt stay visible as much after you land. I dont see it before takeoff.

Check out IL-2 or FB for some spot on undercarriage destruction! They've got it just right IMO!

Ive broken landing struts ----but ,it was very had lost the flaps,and ordenace first. Came in at 450 knots at a 50 degree bounced about 20ft losing ordenace ,second bounce lost flaps,third bounce lost nose gear (had nose pointed down) was in a IL-28 will show pic later.
