d3dx9_28.dll

I have the newest version of DirectX and I just patched SF:P1 to version sp051506B. That is the next one after SP3.2 correct? if not, thats the problem. but now it says it cannot find d3dx9_28.dll. Is there a place where I can find that?

Reinstall the DirectX again or look in the Knowledge base as there is a link for the latest one.
