Is there any way to have the stock F-4 canopies open on the ground after a mission?

There certainly is yes, there is a canopy opening mod for nearly all the stock aircraft in SF and WOV in I believe the Object Downloads section. There has recently been a new feature implemented by TK, which allows up to 10 key designations for set animations on an aircraft.
