+Flamer50 3 Posted May 5, 2007 The upload of Bortdafarms aircraft and skins is complete, except for a couple of false starts(FNG uploading deal) it went OK. Bort's stuff which was already here at CA wasn't re-uploaded, Bort' said not to bother with them now. Perfection doesn't exist on our "3rd Rock from the Sun", the last guy to try that got into SERIOUS trouble over it .....so much for perfection! Bortdafarm built these Flying Machines for his own enjoyment. He was willing to share them freely with the community here. Don't disapoint the guy....He realy didn't have to do it. JediMaster 451 Posted May 5, 2007 I'm glad they're here for the reason mainly that any time anything is available at a single location it's subject to the whim's of the hosting site's ISP taking it down for whatever reason they choose. Maybe Jupiter is no longer in the 7th house... So, anyone out there who's stuff isn't hosted here, I urge you to consider doing so as a second source! +Erik 1,809 Posted May 5, 2007 One of the reasons we added the Mirror Box here at CombatACE was to make sure we always had two copies of everything in two physically different locations. The chances of both machines crashing at the same time are very very remote. We may not look like much on the outside ... but under the hood we got it where it counts.
