Decal problem

i make my decal´s with Paint Shop pro 9 in 24bit and convert it to 32bit with Photo Shop CS2 but the converted decal allways appears compressed

is ther a way to strech it in the decal ini. or has any body an idea how to avoid the compression

Are the decals 'square'? ie: 128x128, 256x256, etc???

 

If it's not square, they'll disort (had this problem once meself!)

no the are 600x200 but now i know what to do
