In case we don't hve, will be too hard to add the canard wings, and change the nose a little using existing Mirage planes?? Thank's

What program I will need?? And specially where I can contact the Mirage Factory for permission??

And specially where I can contact the Mirage Factory for permission?? Well you will need 3Ds Max. The latest version would be the best option. Then contact BPAO on C6 or Column 5. He is the one who could help you.
