There was once a free addon F-4B at ThirdWire's site (it was meant for Strike Fighters), but they seemd to have removed it. Quote

I had started modifying a F-4C to use as a B with one of the nice F-4B skins that I found. Finally found an F-4B (late) at Mytai's site. Thanks for the assist, though. ShrikeHawk Quote
