same here i try several times to downlod the israel Harvard IIb maybe some one can give me a hint how to get it

Do you get a load of gobbldygook when you try to download it? If so, right click on the download link and select save as. I just tried it that way and it works.

No problem mate, what browser are you using? Sometimes whether it be IE or FF can affect it. FF gives me that weird crap every now and again.
