+Tailspin 3 Posted August 3, 2007 Been messing around with the spray can in PSP and came up with this "worn look" for the stock airfields: What do ya'll think? This only took about 5-10 minutes. If anyone is interested I can spend more time and refine it a little more. After I did it, I realized that I have my graphic settings on Med. so I'll probably need to re-do it on High to make sure the textures blend OK at that setting. ShrikeHawk 384 Posted August 3, 2007 Very Cool! Looks good. I was wanting to do the same thing! What file did you edit?
+Tailspin 3 Posted August 3, 2007 FRAIRFIELD1.BMP There is only one basic airfield texture in the game. The two sides differ in what objects are placed on them.

Cool - I'll give that a try tonight. But I'd also be interested in seeing how yours turns out if you "refine it" as you said. I think it looks good now. ShrikeHawk 384 Posted August 12, 2007 Hey Tailspin! Thanks for coming up with this idea. Making my own version has kept me amused for quite some time, hehehe. I came up with my own version intended for the Flanders Terrain. Cheers! ShrikeHawk
