Mig-17 problem

Just re-installed my WOE/WOV merged install, patched, weapons pack all sorted... but for some reason my Mig-17s (unmodded) have disappeared. The folders are still there in the objects/aircraft folder... just not ingame. Anyone come across this before??

Check the aircraft's main ini, (MiG-71F.ini) see if the 'cockpit' callout has changed. Also, check to see there's a cockpit data file missing.

 

Yeup, seen it before (always back up my aircraft & groundobject folder before patching or installing).

Strange when I installed WoE, it never gave me the merge option (which I wouldn't have done anyway -- it's just as easy to copy the terrain folder over, as that's all I wanted anyway)

Yeah, I'll definitely check that although I think it'll be fine. What threw me about this was I'd cut and pasted it into SFG and it worked fine. I'll try a re-install, re-patch etc and see how it goes. If it doesn't work then I'll prolly just use individual installs for SFG/WOV/WOE.
