Flew an F-8E mission in campaign and upon returning, the carrier was not moving. Really blows when you had a great mission and the friggen thing is dead in the water. Made landing very difficult, almost impossible.

I think that would make it easier!

 

try "Flanchoring" - flight ops from anchor. Just had to dial up the cat a bit.......

It's a known issue, that seems to have a greater chance of occuring the longer the mission duration.

 

I use ALT+N as soon as I go feet-wet, and that tends to keep it from happening.

Yeah, Alt N seems to have the ability to alter the space-time continuum. :grin:

 

 

Whaa,.........The last thing I remember was being on final approach in my Su-33. How did I get here on the bridge docked in Starbase One!!?? ..........Q!!! :biggrin:
