wov carrier lights

new to wov can anyone tell me why there are no lights on the carriers at night or any landing aids i.e. the meatball.

Because lights cannot be added to any groundobject as such. They need to incorporated into the model's 3D file, something that generally only the owner of the source file can do. Beyond that, I suggest you direct your question to TK, at Third Wire's site.
