Guest Sony Tuckson Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 somehow tga's alpha channel seems to have been destroyed Quote
+Soulfreak Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 i think the tga.file is too small. open the existing tga.file, copy the insignia in a new tga file that is a bit larger. than close the original tga file. than save the new file with the name of the old file. that should work! ;) Quote
Spinners Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 Yes that's correct... it happened to me yesterday! I was that soldier! The edge of a roundel was tight up against the boundary and it's as if the decal colour leaks out. Quote
Heck Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 (edited) You have to have at least a 3 pixel border of transparency layer around your marking, or it will bleed when it's applied by the sim. So, as Soulfreak said, try another .tga, but don't take your marking all the way to the edge of the transparency layer. Edited June 3, 2008 by Heck Quote
