Is there any project for updating cockpits and avionics for F-16C block 30/50/60 and F-16I Sufa? A totally new cockpit and avionics would be great...

there is an old unfinished Block 50 cockpit....

but i don't know if someone will take it to rework...

Mirage Factory is working on the C model pis but other projects are being done. All in due time.
