Whoever made the choice to use the pretty girl to lipsync was an idiot. Apparently, 'a senior member of the Politburo' is the one that asked for this. Pretty much someone from the inner circle. Let us say the endless conspiracy theories my family always talked about puts the money that she is someone related to some VIP.
