Where is the "targets.in" file located?

Here I go again,

 

I am trying to find where is the "target.ini" file located? I am trying to place the Falklands Mod Mission Pack V1.0 onto my WOV as a new mission. Trying to past the target.ini to the right place.

 

I look all over the WOV files, so far... cannot locate Target.ini files?

 

Anyone?

It's in the "terrain" .cat file, and must be extracted from there for editing.

I looked all over the Terrain file, I guess I did not look hard enough I will dive-in and look at it again.

It will be named after the terrain. For example; "Desert_Targets.ini". "VietnamSEA_Targets.ini", GermancyCE_Targets.ini".
