Righteo, I've moved this into the mods and skinning chat and deleted the other posting as the section you were posting in was the bugs/report section for the website. Hey, are you new to the ThirdWire series Nic_FireFox? If so, have a looksee at this to get an idea of how the game works. This will help you ease into modding the game. Also, have a look in the Knowledge Base section as pretty much contains all the useful knowledge for modding the Thirdwire series.

 

As for the XXX part of your Grey Skin query, if it's in reference to this:

 

[TextureSetXXX] <<-------- The xxx are simple place holder digits they you need to replace.

You just need to change that so it's in the correct numerical sequence with any other entries for skins in the list. For example:
