helicopter sim

I want to try something other than a plain old plane sim can anyone recomend a good helicopter simulator.

Its a bit old (2000) but the online community has made a lot of mods which considerably improve graphics.(http://www.eechcentral.com/)

Yeah, unfortunetly it does not work with newer graphics cards, just digged up my ol' n' dusty EECH and EEAH CD's and tried it this afternoon...pretty big disapointment lol

Yeah, it broke my heart to retire that sim when I got my new laptop, but the newer chipset won't work with EECH graphics.

 

If you can't get EECH to work, I would recommend Microprose's Gunship!. http://www.amazon.com/Gunship-Pc/dp/B00004...0719&sr=8-1

 

It's cheap, has decent graphics, and can run pretty well if you read through this site and apply all the updates. www.simwarrior.com
