P-51D trouble's

Recommended Posts

I love the P-51D Mustang and I have recently acquired three P-51D's for FSX and it say's it can fly up to 41,000ft but the Rolls Royce Merlin packs up at 10,000+. How do I improve the perfomance?

I don't have this plane (or FSX), but the real plane had a turbo or supercharger (I forget which) for operating at higher altitudes. Thinner air and all that.

The plane probably expects you to engage them yourself. Many sims have had such things kick in automatically, but FSX may not, so you may have to do it manually.

There Doesn't seem to be a button or key command. Also, as far as I am aware, there is not a model that works on FSX with a vitual cockpit.
