MigHound Posted March 21, 2009 Posted March 21, 2009 I tuned into Space Channel, around 5pm, for the marathon and finale of Battlestar Galactica. I was emotionally exhausted, by the end of it. The combat sequences were over the top. Just complete mayhem, and some hard hitting dramatic bits involving various characters. I can't wait to see Caprica, now. They made some interesting parallels... the Robotics in Japan, are getting frighteningly close, don't you think?? Can't wait to see our first Cylon prototype. hehehe What an awesome series. Quote
MigHound Posted March 22, 2009 Author Posted March 22, 2009 FYI DO NOT PUT ANY SPOILERS IN ANY THREADS. Sowwy Quote
+JediMaster Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Not really too many surprises in the end. Quote
+DoctorQuest Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 I'm glad it's over. I can only take so much dark drama. Week in and week out just got to be a chore to watch. Not that it was not a good show but ol' Walt Disney once said you need a laugh for every tear. BSG was woefully short on laughs. Quote
+JediMaster Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 The funny part is how many times they TRIED to make a lighter ep and failed at it miserably! Taking A Break From All Your Worries was deliberately named after the Cheers theme and was supposed to be a more lighthearted ep...and in it Baltar gets tortured in that faux deprivation tank! Quote
+CrimsonRoamer Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 The first half of that episode was like getting getting slapped in the face with the hand of awesome the second half was like getting slapped in the face Quote
